We work with investors from across the country. Many of the investors we meet do not initially have the funds needed to begin investing. There are also investors that want to ease in to a new market with a small investment. We have taken this knowledge and created an investment opportunity for investors that wish to start out small.
Through the creation of a multi member LLC, we are able to partner from 5 to 15 investors together to create a small real estate portfolio. This allows each individual investor to start with a small investment, but still enjoy the benefits of real estate investing in Grand Rapids. Our Grand Rapids investment team remains a member of each of the LLC’s, and handles the day to day operations including working with the property management company, working with the bookkeeper and accountant, and ensuring the maintenance and property certifications are up to date. This allows the investors to enjoy a hands off real estate investment in the Grand Rapids area, regardless of their location.
You are able to become a member of one of our LLC’s through your own personal name, or through your retirement fund.
Many of our investment clients live in States where the real estate prices are much higher, and have been unable to purchase rentals that will bring them a positive cash flow. Now they have the opportunity to invest in grand rapids real estate, even if they wish to start with a small investment.
