We just picked up another property in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Here are the before pictures. 

My first time in the house was about a week after we had it under contract. I knew this was going to be a great property before I even saw it, so we wrote up an offer. A week and a half later, here we are! Check out the wood floors! They look great. Overall this house is awesome.

We have some plans to make much needed changes. Take a look at the shower in the only bathroom. There is no tub at all in this house. We will push out the back wall of the bathroom to make it bigger, add a tub and surround, and add a nice large vanity with plenty of storage.

The rest of the house is going to be updated as well. There is some patching that needs done throughout. We will put a new refrigerator in the kitchen. A few windows need replaced.We have a few other projects (actually going on right now, so we may let this wait a week to get started, but we’ll have it done fast.
