Another project nearly complete. Our contractors have really pushed to get this one done quick. They only have 12 days into the project. We have a few minor things to repair, and are waiting on a plumbing inspection. We should have the final clean up and trash removal finished by tomorrow.
This really is a nice duplex. Both units have access to the basement with seperate areas for each. Both have washer/dryer hook-ups.

The kitchens have new laminate flooring and new appliances. New carpet, paint, and blinds are throughout. The house really cleaned up nice!

It is just about move in ready. Urban Pharm has already taken the first application, the day they put the sign out! This is a great property. The Razmus Team is proud to see the way this project has turned out. It is too cold to paint the exterior this year, but watch for that change in the spring!
