This is one of the newest projects. We had 5 houses close last week, this being one of them. This property was purchased by Acme Regional Investments, a company out of California. Our company, The Razmus Team, located this property for them, and will be handling the “flip”. After our work is done, Urban Pharm will take over to find tenants to rent the property.All of the pictures in the post are “before” pictures. This is one of the nicest houses we have worked on recently. It is located on the outskirts of the Alger Heights area in Grand Rapids, MI. It is currently split into 3 units, and we will keep it a 3 unit for now. Long term, it will be a great project to convert this house back to an awesome single family.

There are wood floors throughout that are mostly in great condition. There are also 2 large fireplaces, one on the main floor, one in the basement. The largest apartment will feature 3 bedrooms, a huge living and dining area, and somewhere around 1500 square feet of living space. It will be one of the nicest, most classic rentals we have available.

 The basement needs the most work, but it has a ton of potential.

 I look forward to seeing the finished product on this house. It’s going to be fun to watch the change as we transform this property.
