The Break In
Looks like we did have a break-in yesterday. Apparently one of the sub-contractors left the keys hanging out of the lock! The theives just unlocked it and walked right in. They took about $700 worth of supplies. No fun. Our contractor spent half the day replacing what was stolen. If anyone hears anything, contact us at www.razmusteam.com.

This project is almost done. We’ll have Urban Pharm (http://www.urbanpharm.com/) handle the property management on this house. They should have it rented very quickly. We’ll get some pictures up soon.
